At Efibee Coaching, we believe strength isn’t about turning back the clock — it’s about building a body that supports you, empowers you, and moves with you through life’s real demands.

We work with women 35 and older who want to feel stronger, more capable, and better equipped for the everyday… or for a personal challenge on the horizon. Whether you’re navigating the physical changes of midlife, preparing for a big hike, a race, or just want to feel proud of your fitness again, we meet you where you are.

Led by Frankie, a StrongFirst®-certified instructor and qualified Pilates teacher, also certified in the De Gasquet® method, Efibee Coaching combines functional strength training and mindful movement to help you move well, train smart, and build lasting resilience — without extremes, trends, or unrealistic routines.

From carrying your kids or climbing stairs with ease, to training for an endurance event or rebuilding your strength after a break, your goals matter — and they’re achievable with the right structure and support.

Together, we’ll uncover what’s holding you back and build a plan that works with your life — so you can feel strong, focused, and proud of every step forward.

Hi, I’m Frankie, founder of Efibee Coaching, here to boost you and help you reach your goals. I love mountains, kettlebells, chocolate, running, laughing and sleeping.

I founded Efibee Coaching in 2021 at age 31, after taking the biggest leap of faith into a whole new world, which was leaving my career and office job that was draining my energy to become a personal trainer. I hadn’t set foot in a gym for about 10 years, could barely lift a 5kg dumbell above my head, but I was convinced that it was the right move for me at that time. Unsurprisingly, qualifying to be a personal trainer in France was the hardest year of my life. But it taught me so much. My confidence boosted, I realised that taking on new challenges later on in life was, albeit tough, absolutely 100% possible and 100% necessary for my mental health.

My mission today is to make sure the fitness industry doesn’t sell you any more lies. When it comes to your health, the quick fix is never the long-term solution, it’s about lifestyle, patience, making small changes to your habits and routine, and making them stick.

In 2026 I will be lauching the Shift to Strong podcast to bring advice, tips and the truth about fitness, directly to you.

I continue to challenge myself, train and study hard so I can bring solutions to you that our adapted to your specific needs. I founded the Shift to Strong podcast to share this knowledge with you and to reach more women. My passion for training you goes lightyears beyond weight loss, I want you to see your real potential.

Lifting is not just about muscle, it helps you build resilience, it supports your whole body to make sure you can be independent moving into your older years, it simply empowers you. I am driven every day by the thought of seeing the transformation, not just physical but mental, of the women I coach. I want you to become your priority.
