At these workshops, I raise your employees’ awareness of the risks of a sedentary lifestyle and give them the tools they need to stay healthy at work and in their day-to-day lives.

I organise fun, group activities to create a strong cohesion, all the while taking into account your team’s physical capacities. With a Prescription sport certification, I’m also qualified to work with people with long-term conditions (ALD).
